The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights.

2. How long we keep your information.

2.1. We will always only keep your data for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes.
2.2. We store the information that we process as a result of you describing to our newsletters or because you have consented to receive information about our products and services or about offers until you decide you would no longer like to receive these mailings by optin out.
2.3. Data about your use and visits to our website will be retained until your use or browsing session ends, except where it concerns data collected for the analytical and marketing purposes you opted in, as per 2.2..
2.4. After registering on www.btcpremium.com in accordance with record keeping activities for Anti-Money Laundering, Tax and Company legal obligations, we will retain Accounts and Personal Information for, at least, a period of ten years after a user closes his account with us.
2.5. Once we do not have any obligation to providing you with a service you requested, nor an obligation to hold Personal Information for regulatory or legal purpose, we will anonymise or dispose of your Personal Information in line with acceptable industry and security standards so that this cannot be subsequently retrieved and associated to you.
Where we cannot directly remove such records, such as in archived backups, we will retain a log of which Personal Information should be removed if ever the backup data is restored.

3.6. Google AdWords & Facebook Remarketing Tags

3.6.3. We use Google AdWords & Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t or have completed a task on our site. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, a site in the Google Display Network, or somewhere on Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google & Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy, as well as Google & Facebook privacy policies.

3.7. Social media buttons

3.7.3. We use plugins on our website from social media networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. You can recognize these plugins by their logos. We also use plugins for the embedded video players which can be found on our website. Our plugins will not collect personal data about you, unless you click on these logos or videos. If you click on them, these plugins are activated and automatically transmit data to the plugin provider.
3.7.4. We do not have any influence over which data these providers collect from you and we are also not aware of the extent of their data processing. 4. Who we give your information to

 

4.1. We need the help of third parties to be able to offer you our website and services. Where necessary we will share your information with our service providers ( IT providers, CRM providers, legal advisors, marketing support providers, analysts, customer service, legal anf financial service providers).
